HOW
ARE SOUNDS MADE?
( Go back to Changing
Sounds )
Sounds are made by things vibrating. (Vibrating means the thing moves backwards and forwards very quickly.) An object or thing which creates a sound is a source of sound.
FOR EXAMPLE
If you pluck the string on a violin it makes a sound
because the string
vibrates.
