Fiona - Child of Achievement!
Here
is Fiona at the Child of Achievement Awards in London receiving her award
from John Major, June Whitfield and Simon from Blue Peter. Fiona was awarded
the Child of Achievement award for the strength she has shown dealing
with Costello's Syndrome and the progress she has made overcoming learning
disabilities. She has now been made an official Ambassador for the Child
of Achievement Charity. Well done Fiona! We're all proud of you.
"I won a National Child of Achievement Award in February 2000. I went to London to collect my award. On the 8th May I am going to Buckingham Palace to present a book and some roses to the Queen."
