Copp School Council

What is Copp School Council? (CSC)

CSC is a group of pupils who are elected to represent the views of all children to improve their school. Each year voting takes place for the children who have been campaigning to be elected to the School Council.

Elections have now taken place and the members for this year are:

Gabrielle (Leader), Maria (Secretary), Jude (PR) in Y6
Emily C and Felix in Y5
Cerys and Lewis S in Y4
Evie and Oliver G in Y3
Jessica and Benjamin in Y2

What do we do?

  • Copp Kids Care meets around once a month to discuss and sort out problems and ideas.  These may include school lunches, playground games, playground resources, behaviour or ideas for fundraising events/ fun school events.
  • Members of Copp Kids Care will be responsible for carrying out the ideas that have been agreed, such as planning charity events and putting forward views of other children in the school!

Our focus this half term is playtimes and how we can make them better.
